Refund and Credit Policy
This policy explains how subscription refunds and generation credit returns work.
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Subscription billing
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Unless required by law, subscription charges are not automatically refunded after credits have been granted for the billing period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically remove already granted credits.
Generation credits
Generation credits are used when Faceless Clips starts creating a project, batch, script revision, audio regeneration, image regeneration, or related generation task.
System failures, provider failures, and quality-gated final-video failures should return the affected project or regeneration credits when the platform can identify the failed charged action.
What is not automatically returned
Credits are not automatically returned for deleted projects, user-cancelled work, rejected creative preferences, platform policy issues after export, or content the user approved and downloaded successfully.
If a case looks wrong, contact support with the project link and billing email so we can review the ledger.
Manual review
We may manually adjust credits when provider logs, project state, or payment records show that credits were consumed without a usable output due to a Faceless Clips-controlled failure.
