These terms describe the rules for using Faceless Clips to create, manage, and export AI-generated short-form videos.

Use of the service
You are responsible for the prompts, scripts, images, audio, uploads, and publishing settings you provide or approve in Faceless Clips.
You may not use the service to generate or distribute illegal content, infringing content, malware, spam, deceptive impersonation, or content that violates the rules of platforms where you publish.
Generated content
Faceless Clips uses third-party AI and infrastructure providers to generate scripts, voiceover, captions, images, and video outputs. Results can vary and should be reviewed before publishing.
You are responsible for checking factual accuracy, rights clearance, disclosure requirements, and platform compliance before posting generated videos.
Billing and credits
Paid plans grant monthly generation credits. Credit usage is shown before creating a project or batch when possible.
Credits are consumed for generation work and may be returned for qualifying system or provider failures as described in the Refund and Credit Policy.
Publishing integrations
Faceless Clips may offer connected publishing for supported platforms. You are responsible for the connected accounts, metadata, schedule, and final content you publish.
TikTok and Instagram support means ready-to-post downloads unless a real connected publishing integration is explicitly shown in the product.
Service availability
The service depends on external AI, payment, storage, and platform APIs. We work to detect and recover from failures, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
