Faceless Clips

Faceless Clips FAQ

Practical answers about faceless video generation, monthly credits, publishing support, refunds, and what to review before posting.

Creating videos

Can I create a full faceless shorts channel instead of one video?

Yes. Faceless Clips is built around repeatable channel formats, so you can choose a niche, language, voice direction, caption style, visual direction, and generate a batch from the dashboard.

Can I use my own topic instead of a preset?

Yes. Presets give you a starting structure, but you can replace the topic with your own niche, theme, or episode idea.

Do I need to provide a real video sample?

No. You can start from a channel format and text topic. Real sample videos are useful for evaluating output quality, but they are not required to create a batch.

Publishing

Does Faceless Clips auto-publish to TikTok and Instagram?

Not yet. TikTok and Instagram support currently means download-ready vertical videos that you can review and post manually.

Does Faceless Clips publish directly to YouTube?

YouTube auto-publishing is available when a publishing channel is connected. You can also download every finished Short and upload it yourself.

Should I review finished videos before posting?

Yes. You should check factual accuracy, rights, platform rules, and whether the final result matches the tone you want for the channel.

Billing and credits

How do generation credits work?

Each plan includes monthly generation credits. Before a batch starts, Faceless Clips shows the expected credit usage so you can approve the spend.

What happens if generation fails?

System or provider failures that prevent a charged final output should return affected generation credits when the platform can identify the failed charged action.

Are deleted projects automatically refunded?

No. Deleted projects and approved completed outputs are not automatically refunded. The refund policy explains when credits may be returned.
